As a practice specializing in equine orthopedics and sports medicine, we combine in-depth veterinary expertise with many years of experience in international equestrian sports.

The practice was founded by Marco Müller-Dörr, a veterinarian born in Heidelberg, who completed his studies at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and received his license to practice in 2003. Early in his career, he began specializing in orthopedic diagnostics and treatment, as well as the care of sport horses. Nach einer breit angelegten klinischen Grundausbildung folgte eine gezielte Spezialisierung in der renommierten Pferdeklinik von Hans-Georg Stihl als sein persönlicher Assistent in Ins (Schweiz). Durch kontinuierliche internationale Fortbildungen und den engen Austausch mit führenden Spezialisten bleibt seine Arbeit stets auf höchstem fachlichen Niveau. Seine langjährige Erfahrung als erfolgreicher Turnierreiter ergänzt die medizinische Kompetenz um ein tiefes praktisches Verständnis der Anforderungen im Pferdesport.

Since 2019, the practice has been joined by his wife and fellow veterinarian, Selina Müller-Dörr, who graduated from the University of Veterinary Medicine Hannover and also specialized in equine medicine early in her career. Her clinical career has been shaped by training stints at leading clinics around the world, including in New York, Kentucky, Hungary, and Germany. Auch bei ihr liegt der fachliche Schwerpunkt auf der Orthopädie und Sportmedizin des Pferdes. Ihre Tätigkeit wird ergänzt durch die eigene Erfahrung als aktive Reiterin und ihre enge Verbindung zum internationalen Pferdesport.
